Tracy Wilson is the founder and principal of OTH Analysis LLC, a consulting company focused on fostering strategic foresight and catalyzing national security planning, and a senior analyst at Wikistrat, a global geostrategic consultancy. He is an expert on nuclear nonproliferation policy, weapons of mass destruction, and emerging technologies. Over his 35-year national security career, Mr. Wilson has been a senior technical advisor at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and its Center for Global Security, and served on detail assignments at the U.S. government’s National Counterproliferation Center and Office of Nonproliferation Research and Engineering. Mr. Wilson also worked as a commissioned military officer and research chemist at the Air Force Rocket Propulsion Laboratory, at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, and at the National Academy of Sciences – National Research Council directing a variety of technical and policy studies.
