Thank you for submitting your trend!

A changing economy will present higher competition for companies across the board, particularly for larger and more static companies. Constantly changing trends may result in policies quickly becoming outdated.

On the other hand, this highly competitive society could inspire greater innovation, and keep Singapore at the forefront in a globally competitive environment. Experts anticipate that in 2030, jobs will become more mobile, with more people choosing to freelance. This may allow for wider  interest areas and more global participation. Singaporeans could stay within Singapore, whilst working on projects abroad!

Do you think that Singapore will be able to accommodate such an economy? Are Singaporeans ready to embrace a different lifestyle?
