Thank  you for submitting your trend!

A cashless society is an enticing one, particularly because of the convenience it will bring. Currently, there are plenty  of cashless apps that have risen in popularity, which shows that Singaporeans are open to the idea!

Security is a concern. Whilst most apps have security measures in place, consumers have become dependent on app providers to ensure their data is secure. Hacking and stolen data is a distinct possibility and a smart nation has to be prepared for this.

How do you think this trend will develop by 2030, given that the scenario is already in its infancy? Do you think there will be groups who are isolated and are not capable of keeping up with this technology? How would you suggest we protect their interests?
