Describe the change

Building regulate ventilation. Building have extra glass walls with space at the bottom. These walls change the speed of air by changing building's size. Windows regulate flow of air in and out. Monitor places of creation and production during New Moon and First Quarter, places of plants during Full Moon, places of the disassemble of things and waste accumulation during Last Quarter. Software observes position and direction of furniture, power supply, ventilation, water supply, temperature, humidity and a whirlpool in the air. Colorful stripes turn and change colors of external walls creating wind. Map of globe is turned in the direction of one wall and shows the length of sunrays of all other buildings projecting weather. Start with one building and slowly expand to have greater effect. Software tracks circular economy and adjusts traffic lights and speeds on streets. See comments for details.
