Since youth population is limited in Singapore and cost of living high, the Pascale to hire workers will also be high which many old people may not be able hire these youth.

Older people become more tech savvy with better technology to help older people to use internet and they will hire remote workers and freelancers from across the globe with different cultures to get their job done personally and professionally.
Remote workers may be hired for variety of tasks from proofreading, designing, modelling. Interior designing, security surveillance, remote care taking, teaching kids etc.
